Q.  How soon can I expect my shipment?

A.  Normally you should receive your purchase within 10 days after receipt of payment.  We pride ourselves on the fastest shipping possible.  We process and ship orders within 48 hours, however we would like to remind our customers that we cannot control transit times.

Q.  What method of shipping is used?

A.  We ship items by UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping cost include insurance in case of damage or package loss.  Tracking information is included so that you may track the progress of your shipment.

Q.  Does Rustic Country Cottage offer any discounts?

A.  We offer free shipping on purchases over $125.00.

Q.  What if my shipment arrives damaged?

A.  All shipments are packaged with extreme care.  Should your item arrive damaged, please save all packaging and labels and notify us immediately.  The sooner we are made aware of damages, the sooner the shipper can be notified and reimbursement made.

Q.  Do you guarantee your products?

A.  Yes!  We take great pride in the products we carry, and we stand behind what we sell. 

Q.  What payment methods do you accept?

A.  We accept Mastercard and Visa.   We also accept money orders and personal checks, however, orders are not shipped until personal checks clear our bank, usually 7-10 days. 

Does Rustic Country Cottage accept returns?

A.  We offer a 14 day return policy on all items.  Please note that consumable items such as candles, scented oils, etc. must be returned unused in order to be given a refund.

A.  We utilized the most up-to-date security services and encrypted codes.  Your purchases are completely secure, and we never violate your privacy.  We do not disclose any of your account information unless requested to do so.
